This section collects customer-facing security controls in QueenCloud. The structure is designed for IT and enterprise procurement, and we update the text as needed.
Authentication
API keys are hashed, shown only at creation, and can be blocked by an admin with one click. SSO is on the enterprise roadmap.
Access
Roles control exactly what users may change: owner, admin, operator, viewer, and support.
Audit log
Important events are logged per organization and can be exported by authorized roles — fully traceable.
Data
Customer data is tenant-separated and handled according to our privacy policy and DPA.
