QueenCloud Software
Download and run.
QueenCloud Player is the native software that drives every screen in your fleet. Install it on a signage PC or Raspberry Pi, enter the pairing code from the dashboard — then it runs itself.

QueenCloud Player
v1.0.8 · Windows
Platforms
Windows. Linux. Raspberry Pi.
Pick your platform below. Version, file size, and SHA-256 checksum are shown under each installer so IT can verify the download before rollout.
Windows
Windows (EXE)
Rekommenderas — fungerar på Windows 10/11 64-bit
Windows (MSI)
För InTune och Group Policy — kommer snart
Linux
Built in from first boot
A player that treats the screen as operations.
Kiosk from day one
Starts in fullscreen, hides the cursor, and blocks Alt+F4. No manual configuration after installation — just power and network.
Offline cache
Last fetched material keeps playing when the network is down. Syncs automatically the moment connectivity returns.
Watchdog and autostart
Restarts quietly after crashes, registers itself in autostart, and logs telemetry to the QueenCloud portal without extra configuration.
LED mapping
Map a sub-rectangle of the HDMI output for Novastar or Colorlight processors. Drag-and-drop in the portal or numeric entry in setup.
System requirements
From Raspberry Pi to signage PC.
The player is built lean to fit the hardware that actually sits behind the screen — not on a developer laptop.

How it works
Three steps to first playback.
- 1
Create the screen in the portal
QueenCloud → Screens → Add. You receive a six-character pairing code immediately.
- 2
Install and pair
Run the installer. The setup screen asks for the code — or scan the QR code from the portal.
- 3
Done
The screen appears online immediately. All further work happens in the QueenCloud portal.
Security
Verifiable downloads.
SHA-256 checksum
Every installer has a SHA-256 checksum shown under the file. Compare it against the hash your IT department receives — that way you know the binary hasn't changed in transit.
Code signed
The Windows installer is code signed, so SmartScreen and Group Policy go straight to green. Linux and Raspberry Pi packages are checksummed and can be verified against SHA-256 before rollout.
Presigned download
The button doesn't point directly at our S3 bucket. We generate a short-lived signed URL per download — so we can rotate storage or put CloudFront in front without breaking your link.
FAQ
Good to know before installing.
Does Player cost anything?
No. QueenCloud Player is free to download and install on any number of devices. You only pay the per-screen license fee in operation (€20/month) — the software itself is on us.
Do I need an account to download?
No. You can download directly without signing in. An account is needed only when pairing the screen against your QueenCloud portal.
Can I test before buying a license?
Yes. Install on any computer and pair it to a free test account in the QueenCloud portal. You'll see the full flow in a calm environment before ordering licenses.
How is Player updated?
Player updates itself automatically overnight when a new version is released. You never have to manually download again — unless you want to roll out faster to a test fleet.
A player that just works.
Download the installer, run it, and enter the pairing code. Thirty seconds later, the screen is playing. No onboarding course, no sales rep.
