Roles
Three roles. One platform. Clear accountability.
You do not hand out admin rights unnecessarily. You do not hand out too little so someone has to ask you about every small change. QueenCloud DOOH has three roles that solve exactly that.
Admin
Full control. Manages members, licenses, contracts, billing, and has edit rights on everything — screens, bookings, quotes, creatives, and client registry. Usually the screen owner or CEO.
Operator
Creates and edits. Books campaigns, writes quotes, pairs new players, uploads creatives, and assigns licenses to screens. Usually operations, sales, or a project lead running daily flows.
Viewer
Read-only. Sees everything — screens, bookings, quotes, proof of play — but cannot change or create anything. Fits auditors, external partners, sales viewing status, or board members.

Screen owner
Admin. Full control of licenses, contracts, and team — and full edit rights when something needs a quick fix.
Operator role
Operator. Daily operations: bookings, quotes, new screens, and uploading creatives.
Sales team
Operator or Viewer. Create quotes and campaigns or only show proof of play to clients.
Finance / auditor
Viewer. See invoice support, proof of play, and booking status without being able to edit.
External partner
Viewer. Gets a portal link and sees their campaigns without touching the rest.
Field technician
Operator. Pairs new players, assigns the license to the screen, and verifies playback on site.
