Everything that applies when you order.

One license equals one active screen. The license is tied to a specific screen in the portal via pairing with a six-digit code. A license can be released from a screen and assigned to another at any time — it does not count as a new purchase.

Everything listed under “What is included” is part of the license. There are no separate modules, add-ons, or platform fees beyond the agreed price per license.

Unassigned licenses are included on the invoice from the day the order is confirmed. You may pair and unpair them between screens at no extra cost.

The price is €20 per license per month, excluding VAT, for 36 months from the order date. The price remains fixed for the contract period and is not adjusted unilaterally by QueenCloud.

Invoices are sent monthly in advance, by email to the billing contact and PEPPOL/GLN you provided at checkout. Changes to the billing address are sent by email to sales@queencloud.se.

Additional licenses can be ordered ongoing in the portal and are billed from the activation date within the same contract period. Volume discount tiers will be published before they take effect.

The invoice is due 10 days after the invoice date. We apply Swedish interest law for late interest on unpaid amounts after the due date.

If payment is missing, a reminder is sent after the due date. Reminder fees and any collection costs are charged according to law.

If you dispute an invoice — contact us before the due date so we can resolve it without late interest.

If an invoice is not paid within 10 days after the due date, the account is paused (status “suspended”) until payment is registered. Screens continue showing the latest cached content locally, but new content and bookings are not published until the account is active again.

All data (screens, bookings, creatives, proof of play) remains unchanged during the pause. The account is restored automatically once payment is registered — no re-registration or new order is required.

For repeated late payment, or if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days after the due date, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement with one month’s notice. Any remaining months of the contract period then become due.

The account opens the minute the order is confirmed. The person you specified as admin receives a welcome email with a one-time link to set a password. The link is valid for 14 days.

The admin can invite more users and assign roles (Admin, Operator, Viewer) inside the portal. The number of users per organization is not limited.

If the welcome email does not arrive within a few minutes — check spam, or contact sales@queencloud.se and we will help reset the link.

QueenCloud acts as processor for personal data the customer handles in the portal (users, contacts, audit log). The customer is controller for content and user management.

The data processing agreement (DPA) is approved separately as part of the order. The current DPA is version 2026-05-20-v1 and is publicly available.

A list of subprocessors (AWS, Resend, etc.) is at /legal/subprocessors and is updated with 14 days’ notice before any new subprocessor is used.

Reach support at support@queencloud.se or via chat in the portal. Response time during business hours is typically under 4 hours for normal issues and under 1 hour for critical operations problems.

We target 99.5% availability rolling 30 days excluding planned maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside Swedish business hours when possible.

Issues reported outside business hours are handled the next business day. SLA with a dedicated escalation path is included in the Executive plan.

The agreement runs for 36 months from the order date. If not terminated, it automatically renews for 12 months at a time.

Termination is in writing by email to sales@queencloud.se at least three months before the contract period ends. We confirm receipt within one business day.

At contract end, proof-of-play data and reports remain for 12 months for audit needs. Creatives and screen links can be exported as CSV or deleted immediately at your choice.

Material changes to these terms are announced by email to the admin user at least 30 days before they take effect. The version number is raised and the new text is published at /kop/villkor.

Changes affecting price, contract period, or essential parts of the service during an active agreement require the customer’s explicit approval and do not apply retroactively.

Minor editorial changes (clarifications, proofreading) may be made without separate notice but are documented in the change log at the bottom of the terms page.

These terms and the agreement between customer and QueenCloud are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue are heard in the first instance by Stockholm District Court.
